2020 Kesla Loaders 303

The strong KESLA 300-series loaders are built for heavy-duty use. The KESLA 303 loader is available only with one extension. It is compatible with trailers from series 104 and 114.

Features may include:

• Cast 4-cylinder slew system with oil bath and a slewing angle of 380 degrees.

• Thanks to the wide-angle joint and the optimized boom length, the loaders have excellent loading characteristics in all boom positions, long reach, superb lifting capacity and slewing torque in their size range.

• Materials of very high quality.

• Expansive working geometry similar to professional loaders.

• Mechanical 2-lever control as standard.

• KESLA proG20-grapple with bearings (0.18 m2) as standard.

• Long lasting bearings thanks to the extremely low friction coefficient.

• KESLA 303-loader has the CR300-rotator and link with swing damper as part of the standard delivery.

• All models include a cast slew system with oil bath.

• The booms are made out of high-quality steel.

• The new KESLA proC control system is suitable for controlling loaders and cranes with most electronic control valves. Any current controlled electric control valve, such as Parker or Walvoil can be used as the control valve. The new control system is very convenient to use due to its individually adjustable operating speeds and quick response time. Individual settings can be saved for several people. A new type of joystick is ergonomically designed and the control system itself has many user-friendly features.

• The larger models (starting from 204) have a wide-angle joint that enables stable lifting power in all boom positions.

• The combination is sturdier with stabilizers that usually come with the loader. The design of stabilizers is well thought. In Addition to A-frame telescopic stabilizers, flapdown models for difficult conditions are available.

• Part of the standard delivery in larger models.

• Features: wide jaws, optimal geometry, plenty of compressive force.

• An extensive selection of high-quality control valves; mechanical, hydraulic or electric.

• The extender provides plenty of extra reach. The selection includes models with both single and double extenders.

• Reliable rotator with unlimited slewing. Swingdamper as standard in the bigger loaders.

• The hydraulics are well-protected on top of the booms. In machines with double extenders, the hoses run neatly and well-protected on roller guides.
